Rayzer Block Installation Procedure
1. Support the splicer head and
remove the access plate.
2. Cut off old solid block with
a standard rotary tool.
3. Install inside and outside
halves of Konrad Rayzer Block.
4. Insert and tighten allen screws.
 
5. Install bushing and circlip on nip roll shaft.
