RAYZER BLOCK SIMPLE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Support the splicer head and
remove the access plate. |
2. Cut off old solid block with
a standard rotary tool. |
 |
 |
3. Install inside and outside
halves of Konrad Rayzer Block. |
4. Insert and tighten allen screws. |
 |

5. Install bushing and circlip on nip roll shaft. |
