The “RAYZER” Block Two-piece carrier block for Marquip* Splicers.*

FITS: Marquip Tailgrabber Splicers Model I, IX, S, IM, IMX, IMS, 87", 98", and 110".*

Equivalent to Marquip part # 9113670.*

Two piece design for ease of installation. Blocks snap into place and bolt together with Allen screws and captive nuts. No need to remove lead screws.

Manufactured from Nylatron GSM. Offers 1,000 PSI tensile and compressive strength advantage over the Nylatron GSM Blue material used in the one piece design.

Since the failure mode of the one piece design is acme tread deterioration, the higher strength of the material used in the RAYZER Block provides a service life advantage over the old 1 piece blocks.

Torque tested to 150 ft-lb torque along the lead screw bore with no failure.
